How does the sleep auto-fill work?

If you allow it, Oito reads only your sleep from Apple Health and fills the sleep block for you. It stays on your device — nothing is sent anywhere. You can turn this off in Settings, or in the Health app under Data Access.

Is my data private?

Yes. Everything lives on your device and your own private iCloud. We have no servers and no way to see your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Does it work offline?

Completely. Oito needs no internet to log your days or see your trends. iCloud sync simply keeps your devices in step when you’re online.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open Oito, go to the Oito Pro screen, and tap Restore purchase. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose Oito, and change or cancel it there. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Which devices does Oito support?

iPhone (iOS 17+) and Apple Watch (watchOS 10+), plus home-screen and lock-screen widgets and Watch complications.
